This is what the table looked like when I got it.....lovely right. It's saving grace was that it it solid oak and I was moving into a bigger house and needed more furniture. |
Here is the finished product, much calmer. |
this is where it sits in the middle of two wingback chairs I am currently recovering. (Recovering is harder than I thought and taking much longer than I anticipated.) |
I had a lot of fun making the dolls resemble the sweet girl they are made for. |

This is an organ bench that we've had hanging around for a long time. It was awkward, tall and pretty scratched up. My husband cut it off and turned it into the perfect size for the end of our bed. |
I love turning something old into something wonderful. |
I love what the bench has added to my room and now my kids can sit on it instead of my bed. |
This was the original ottoman in all it's glory |
Ever since Hailey got a foot stool for her room Aida has been asking for one of her own. I finally got around to transforming this one. |
I let Hailey choose the color of her room too, I love how it makes the red pop! I'm also glad she wanted the scallops too, they are such a fun detail. |
Now you can see the rosette valance where it was meant to be hung. |
Hailey loves her window seat! We had fun making pillows. |
A nice hidden spot for Tianna. |
I love this big kitchen! There is dancing room right now, but hopefully by next week there will be a beautiful gray island right in the middle. |
One above the sink and there will be three above the island. |
These knobs from Hobby Lobby add some fun color. |
Loving my new magnets. |
We still need to find a new chandelier, the search is on. |
